SpecialKB [version 2.0 (30th April 1991)]

This application has three main facilities:

1: It can modify the timing characterisics of the keyboard to provide

      a) an input acceptance time, to help distinguish a genuine keypress
from an accidental knock of another key.

      b) a post acceptance delay, to eliminate accidental keypresses as the
user removes their finger from a key.

Also the Shift and Ctrl keys latch for the next keystroke so that the user
doesn't need to hold two keys down together.

2: It provides an emulation of the mouse, using the keyboard number pad.

3: The part of the program which controls the mouse can be accessed by
programmers to simplify the writing of programs to interface other mouse
emulators.
